I am very partial to John's material. I have every video he has released and several of his books. Even his rare lecture notes. I love performing his stuff and learning his methods of developing new material. This video does not disappoint. John and BBM continue to deliver top-notch material. Always shot well. Anything by John Bannon is worth buying, this title is no exception. It is a great collection of card magic which is easy to do, i will be using many of these trick. Cant wait for volume 3.

Amazing!

Chicago Fire and Prophet Motive III became instant favorites. Chicago Fire is a twist on Chicago Opener that replaces the DL with one of my favorite sleights. For me, this effect alone was worth the price of the DVD. The effects are strong and well within the reach of a beginner. Highly recommended.

Do not miss it

Powerful effects, most of them accomplished by using really easy sleights of hand. Trust me, if I can do them, everybody can !. I have the impression that most of the effects here are easier to do than the ones in Dealing with it 1. The effect 'Prophet Motive III' is mind-blowing for the spectator but the most important part of all the effects is Mr Bannon's presentation. there is an enormous amount of magical knowledge to learn, so my advice is that you should pay attention to the details of the presentation. When it comes to the effects in this series of DVD the presentation is far more important than the method itself.

Again watching Johns trick then thinking can't wait to know how to do them and put my little twist to them what a master of the art John is but I would say John seemed tired towards the end of the DVD

It's Bannon

Been eagerly waiting for this since Dealing With It season 1. Bannon as usual is back with clever routining and fast, direct, easy to understand routines. A couple of them have gone straight into my repertoire. I did notice that the difficulty level seems to have been scaled back just a touch from season 1.

I don't know if this is because big blind media are somewhat famous for making videos that are beginner friendly. As an intermediate magician, a couple of the effects on season 1 were a bit above my level (false deals etc), so I can understand the logic if this was a conscious decision. I have deducted a point simply because I feel that there are a few very good tricks on here, but I didn't feel there was one absolute scorcher that was essential study. However, as a fan of Bannon and big blind media in general I still think this is well worth the money of any card magician.

As usual, the routines are well explained and Liam montier and some others are with John for the explanation segments. Everything is well miked, well shot and production values are as high as we're all used to seeing from BBM.
