I recently purchased this effect and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations! This is the second Dead Rebel effect I've bought (the first being Angel's and Demons) and the craftsmanship is amazing. I like the vintage looking tobacco pouch that it comes in. It gives a feel of a bygone era. The pouch is very well made. It's leather and should last a long time and the good thing is that it'll look even better with age and use. The chips look great. They look as if they came from a saloon from Deadwood, or Tombstone. The instruction video is informative and the routines are clearly explained. The gimmick is very clever and allows for an amazing effect. Big Blind Media, as always, is a top notch company. They kept me updated on tracking and shipped it to me in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased!

This is a nice version of Free Will. I love the handmade leather wallet. The chips are well crafted; the only one thing I would change is the manner of one of the markings.

As usual,great quality Props from Dead Rebel. You can make up your own story line,incorporate it with card tricks, western style effects or other Props.
Simple but great routines which you can start performing immediately.

The props are beautiful and the instructions clear. This item is made to last. The leather pouch is worth the cost alone. The chips are authentic and well made. For the price don't miss this one!!

I want to rate this as terrible all around so that no one else will buy and perform it and I can keep it all to myself, LOL! I can't do that though. This is a fantastic trick. The props are second to none. The wallet is perfect. Quality leather. Looks old without looking worn out - and will only look better with age - it's truly a thing of beauty. It's small enough to carry around, but big enough for the props to fit comfortably. The closure is secure. Nothing will be falling out in your bag, case, or pocket.
The poker chips are works of art. They definitely have an old-world 'I bought these at an antique shop' feel. The final real card is well done too. It looks old, but is printed on a glossy card, so it will certainly last, and looks really good - just not as 'vintage' looking as the rest of the props. Not a complaint, just an observation - I'll daintily still use it. If you want the entire thing to be all truly vintage looking, just get an old piece of paper and a fountain pen and re-write it.

The routine is very well done. The three phases build logically on each other and are simple and easy to do, so that you can focus on the performance. The storyline of getting William Hicks out of jail is very interesting and compelling - definitely using this one. This is something I'll be carrying with me all the time.

Great little effect, props are great quality and lool better the more you use them. Quick to learn method so great for the beginner in the magic world, but still strong enough for the seasoned pro to use

This is a beautiful set of props. I own several of their productions and each one is unique and beautiful. The leather pouch is heavy leather that even has a flap closure from the period. Chips are "aged" with a look and feel of 19th century clay chips. Video instruction is good and gives two routine options, that can also be combined. Even their packaging is beautiful.
