Visualise by Liam Montier - A totally self-working Triumph routine. Their THOUGHT OF card is the only face up card in the pack. No sleight of hand, no mis-indexed cards, no forces!

Comes with special deck on Bicycle Stock.

Liam Montier has taken a classic principle and mashed it up with some killer handling to create a monster of a routine. It's so hands off and clean that it really does look like real magic.

Visualise is the classic ‘Triumph’ - but turbocharged to the nines.  A deck is genuinely shuffled face-up into face-down, and a spectator THINKS of a card in the deck.  You reveal their selection with NO questions… and then the deck straightens itself out, apart from the freely named card!  No forces, no sleight of hand, no kidding - this is the cleanest triumph you’ve ever seen!

"Liam has had several releases where he rehabs an old trick, always improving on the original. That is what you have here. Easy to do and powerful. And can be learned very rapidly. Plus, it's fun to play with. Recommended." The Magic Portal

Here’s what Liam has to say about ‘Visualise’:

“A couple of years ago, I myself the task of trying to create the perfect version of Triumph.  It's a plot that has so many variations and approaches, and yet none stuck in my set.

So I followed the late and great Tommy Wonder approach, and set about imagining how the perfect trick would look.  I came up with this - a deck is HONESTLY mixed face up and face down - no cutting displays or nonsense.  A card is thought of.  The card, with no questions or fishing, is named by the magician.  Then the deck is all face down except one card... the freely named card.

It took a long time - chopping and changing pieces, removing difficult moves or funny looking displays, experimenting with forces, unorthodox techniques and even deck switches.

Eventually though, as always, simplicity rules, and I ended up cutting out all the fluff, combining two classic ideas in a new way to give a sleight free, moveless, mentalism wonder. This is the result.”

How easy is it to do?

Completely self-working.  There are no secret moves at all, and the handling looks perfect.  If you can shuffle a deck, you can do this!

Is It The Same Card Each Time?

No, absolutely not.  The spectator has a totally free choice when she decides on her card, she can change her mind, and THEN you reveal it, and the deck is all sorted too.  Anyone sneaking a peek at a second performance will see the same trick, with a totally different card.

What comes in the package?

You receive the deck and full streaming instructions teaching you the full routine, and an INCREDIBLE bonus routine based on a hidden Roy Walton gem! (WHAT’S THE BONUS? - Rules of the Game - Liam is also going to teach you a vintage Roy Walton gem, but updated to use the Visualise Deck. This new handling simplifies the handling, streamlines the effect AND makes it super easy! This faux gambling game will play beautifully one-on-one, but also work as a party piece with lots of people crowding round and joining in. It's a real doozy for performing in almost any environment.)

Brilliant but beginners beware...

As a beginner the majority of this trick is easy and quick to learn BUT it's taken for granted you can riffle shuffle. I didn't realise how hard this would be, it's taken me days and I'm still not competent - my cards aren't near the dot-dash formation generally required. That's my bad as the free performance does show the riffle shuffle. 1 other thing - explaining to the spectator how to do the cut process and them understanding has been an issue for me. Otherwise the results are incredible.

Visualise Great effect

This has to be one of the best card effects to perform. Easy to perform and ready at a moment's notice. Visualise will make your spectator be amazed and will enhance your level, as a magician. The simplicity of this method is hard to comprehend how effective and stunning the outcome will be. I started performing this effect literally in about a day and a half of practicing it. It's one of those effects that will leave your spectator wondering. I highly recommend this effect card trick to all levels as it is just that great, for either close up or on stage. Get it, I promise you will be glad you took my advice.

A great effect achieved with simple methodology

It's astonishing how powerful this effect is and how easily it is achieved with each action logically and sensibly delivered. Well done.

Incredibly deceptive

Very clever combination of a number of magic principles to produce a stunning effect. Turning all the cards back to face the same way is impressive but with a real sting in the tail kicker!

Visualise spectators reaction W T F

Most magicians credit the creation of this outstanding effect to 'The Professor', Dai Vernon.
the most popular version of 'Triumph' was first published by Vernon, the premise behind this effect was first (to my knowledge) developed by the enigmatic Theodore DeLand in 1914.

DeLand was a prolific creator of gimmicked cards and decks, and his version of Triumph (although it didn't go by that name at the time) was called 'Inverto.'
There is many triumph effects even no set up and triple triumph. But Liam has given to the magic community a simple and very effect routine and method so impressed I made several sets up for my personal use with bicycle rider and mandarin. Copag 310. Phoenix and even PIATNIK CLASSIC which I still use. I thought it was very similar to a REPRO 71 1973 '' Mento-Reverse'' Which I still own and use.BIG THANK YOU LIAM

So good!

I love the Triumph effect, I love mentalism so I love this trick wich makes the two!
The explanations are clear, the effect is simple to do and the end strong for the spectator.
As i'm french, the very known sentence make no sense for me but some solutions are given.
