Puffin Shuffle by Jack Tighe - Video Download

I saw him doing this in the promo video and it looked like a regular overhand shuffle. I watched it a few more times, and it still looked like a regular overhand shuffle. I sent out for a fresh monitor, and that didn't work. I finally figured maybe he's doing a pretty good false overhand shuffle.

Turns out he is doing a pretty good false overhand shuffle. A really good false overhand shuffle, actually. It's one of those things where when you start learning it, you think there's got to be more to it than that--it can't be that simple. But it is. It's got to be the simplest false shuffle I've seen--the kind of thing that's perfect for when you're talking, or gesturing with your hands while shuffling, with no attention paid to the cards. You could do it with somebody else's deck, too.

Follow it up with something like an up-the-ladder or a Jay Ose cut, or the Gary Ouellet false triple cut, or whatever you like, and I think you'd be all set.

The instruction is clear and to the point. The tutorial is short because there's really not much to it. A very useful addition to your collection of false shuffles, and very easy to learn. I'm glad I bought it.

It is a well known false shuffle with the addition of something which allows a different handling. But for me, it is not something you really need if you know this false shuffle or another false shuffle. When I ordered this item, I was curious, but I will not use the proposed method.

BBM has your back. While not exactly a new, ground breaking technique, PUFFIN SHUFFLE is certainly a new approach. Mr. Tighe's handling is more efficient, and less obvious than previous entries into this type of full-deck false over hand shuffle.
As with most things in magic that have been refined and finessed, the concept is easy to grasp; however, it requires thoughtful practice to get it to look as good in your hands as it does in Mr. Tighe's.
Buy this and you'll have a powerful item for your tool box.
