The Fragione Retention Vanish

If you are not a sponge ball guy you will find this move a bit tricky. I am a card magician, but I already had done sponge balls for a bit and it took me 2-3 days to really get the move down. Altogether maybe 4 hours. I think it is worth the practice. It is not a move that you HAVE to get or NEED. But if you want a good sponge ball routine. I would not use this as my only sponge ball vanish either, I would still alternate it with other vanishes, unless you really get it down to the level Davide has. The length of the tutorial was not an issue. HOWEVER it would have been nice to see a magicians POV, I might have been able to get the move down a little quicker. Still 5 stars because for 11$ its a quite nice sleight.

Prior to viewing the trailer for this I had never heard of Davide Fragione. I was blown away by the technique. At the price I couldn't pass this up. I was really glad I got it.

The tutorial video isn't very long - 4 minutes 19 seconds - but Mr. Fragione goes into sufficient detail to learn this. English is not his first language but he is easy to understand, plus there are subtitles anyway. This is definitely something I'll be adding to my sponge ball repertoire.

Solid retention vanish, well taught, steeply discounted price. If you're into sponge ball slights, this is a must.

Overall a great retention vanish, take some practice but well worth the price. If you're into sponge ball sleights, highly recommend.

Clever move. Davide's English / audio was 90%. The buyer will have to think of how to use this move since it is only the move. No demo of it within a trick.

With a little practice on timing, this easy to perform vanish is very fooling. Recommended.

Learn this one. It's fantastic. It even fools me everytime I do it and I know what's going on! This method is completely backwards from any other vanish method. Looks very natural and completely fooling at the same time.
