Excellent effect

The effect can either be as shown in the demo or even better, if you have a two digit birthdate or add the word 'of' if not, so your reading can include past, present and future, which adds great emphasis. Also a worry free way to add or introduce cold reading to your repertoire - no pressure, just gave fun. I enjoyed this tremendously.

Great gaff deck with fun presentation

This comes with a great gaffed deck, and you'll have to do some initial set-up by writing dates/numbers on the cards, but thereafter your deck resets easily each time you perform. The online instructions are a well-produced video that covers a performance (3 min), explanation (13 min), alternate handlings (3 min), and credits (2 min). There are some moves you need to do, but they are very straight-forward and easy, and well-justified by the handling. So you won't get caught out with them, and this is well within the reach of a beginner, because the gaffed deck does most of the work for you, and is a very clever concept. The way that the trick is constructed produces a surprising revelation of your spectator's birth date on the cards they select. The final way of displaying the cards also really emphasizes something magical, because there's a spread of blue-backed cards, and the selected cards which have the birthdate revelation are the only red-backed cards. If you like gaff decks that offer something personal with a fun presentation, and while remaining easy to do, this definitely hits the mark.
